This tour was MAGIC! Pun definitely intended :-) As a big Harry Potter and J.K. fan, I found this fun, interesting and so inciteful. I loved the insights into how J.K. created the stories, characters, where her inspiration came from, including so much from Edinburgh's rich history. I loved the Maggie Dickson story for example. Our guide Sarah was so knowledgeable and fun, thank you Sarah! Highlight of my trip.

Super educational, tour guide was on a balance scale of nerdy and intriguing enough to point out fun facts of HP for non-fan (yea well i brought my family) but the tour itself was walking through some of the most beautiful part of the town, which is memorable. Alasdair is fantastic and I hope he has many beers on his way.

Pleasant, informative, funny and just the right length. The guide, Calum, was incredibly nice and flexible. He adapted his lecture to our group, which was both children and adults, well-known and freshers. He quizzed us after sharing a house. Even though it rained during the trip, he managed to keep our interest and attention with many anecdotes and fun facts. Too bad I didn't have cash with me because I would have liked to leave some tips. He was welcoming, knowledgeable and a true Edinburgh fan.
