The trip to the highlands was indeed one for the books. I really would like to applaud Sam, our tour guide, who made the trip so memorable. Sam shared the wonderful history of Scotland and also about famous movies shot there. Being an avid Harry Potter fan, it was a joy seeing the Dark Forest and the mountain included in the film. We also saw Winterfell! Our guide always had witty jokes to share that just cracked me up. That’s why I was surprised when he said he barely started working for the company because it seems like he is a tenured guide already. Also, Honey and Nessie were a nice touch on the dashboard! Transportation was clean and comfortable; we were able to take naps but it was hard because we would miss the wonderful sceneries the tour had to offer! We had ample time for breaks, lunch and taking photos for the gram! 10/10 would recommend this experience with Timberbush!
This was such an amazing tour! The guide Ricky was so knowledgeable and funny. He really did keep everyone entertained and educated. There was a perfect balance of good music and information. We loved the comfortable bus and liked that it was a small group tour with only 14 others. We went to some of the best places the Scottish Highlands has to offer. It’s was great to see the Hogwarts Express cross over the viaduct. We also met the cutest Highland Coos and got to feed them! We would highly recommend Uncover Scotland Tours for any day trips to the Highlands. I liked that this tour didn’t start too early in the morning compared to some others as well. If you are considering a tour of the Highlands look no further than Uncover Scotland Tours. 10/10.
Shout out to the guide, and interestingly, he was also the driver of the bus. The amount of knowledge that he has plus his wittiness and humour made a whole experience and is probably my first such experience that I have come across such awonderful guide. wish him all the best.
Fantastically brilliant trip. Michael our guide was so knowledgeable and entertaining talked a lot about whisky I now know how whisky is made and all the different types. We had many stops in breathtaking scenery.
