Explore Dublin at your own pace with the ultimate Freedom Ticket that gives you 72-hour access to the green hop-on and hop-off sightseeing bus, all of Dublin’s public bus routes and the Airlink Express bus between the Dublin airport and the city center.
What to Expect
Get full access to the city of Dublin with a Freedom Ticket that’s valid for 72 hours. This is the ultimate solution to all your sightseeing and transportation needs. Transfers from Dublin Airport on the Airlink Express, access to the green hop-on hop-off tour bus, and rides on all Dublin public buses are included.
When you arrive at Dublin Airport, head straight for the Airlink Express to validate your ticket. In the city center, drop your bags at your accommodation and go to the nearest hop-on hop-off tour bus stop.
Onboard the green bus you’ll validate your ticket again. You can do a loop of the city to get your bearings and decide what you’d like to explore in depth over the next few days. There are live-guided and multi-lingual tours available, and your ticket is valid on all of them.
If you fancy a pint of stout, hop off at stop 13 to visit the Guinness Storehouse. Show your Freedom Ticket and you’ll receive a discount on your admission price. Special 2-for-1 discounts are also featured at a number of pubs and restaurants when you’re ready for your evening meal.
Take a trip outside the city. You can ride the 31 bus to Howth for some hill walking, followed by a tasty seafood meal in one of the restaurants in Howth Harbour. If shopping is more your style, validate your ticket on the 14 bus and spend the day at Dundrum Town Centre, before heading back into the city to enjoy Dublin’s exciting nightlife.
Enjoy a free walking tour, or free entry to the National Gallery. When you’ve seen all there is to see and do in Dublin, it’ll be time to take the Airlink back to the airport and head home.
