Full description
Begin your tour with pickup from your hotel. Start by stopping by The Pointe, Palm Jumeirah, our first attraction, and witness the magnificent view of Atlantis, The Palm Hotel before enjoying a Burj Al Arab photo stop from the beachside. Then you will be driven to Al Farooq Omar Bin Al Khattab Mosque, popularly known as the Blue Mosque. The mosque’s design, inspired by the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, combines Andalusian and Ottoman architecture and can accommodate about 2000 worshippers at the same time. Visit the Dubai Creek and enjoy an Abra Ride (ancient water transport system) to cross the Creek. Stroll through the Gold and Spice Souks, lined with shops and stalls selling exquisite gold and spice items. Next, head towards Al Khayma Heritage House at Al Fahidi Historical District to enjoy the Emirati hospitality and be welcomed with local tea/coffee. Explore the old Emirati lifestyle as you tour the traditional house, learning more of UAE’s journey, starting with the desert from the tents to reaching Mars. Before concluding the house visit, explore the traditional Emirati bedroom with its antiques, observing the architectural expansion of the authentic house from the tent replica at the restaurant to Arish palm front houses finally to the megastructures. Then move to the last pit stop of the tour: the Dubai Frame. Witness the 150-meter building that replicates the shape of a photo frame. The structure comprises two lofty towers which are connected by a glass bridge. You can view Old Dubai on one side and modern Dubai on the other side of the Frame. After the tour concludes, you will be dropped back to your selected location.

I loved the tour and the guide, Riah. She is very nice, explains everything very correctly, takes excellent photos, in the best places, and even gave us tips on where to buy in the Gold and Spices Market. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have little time in the city.

This tour superceded my family and I expectations. Our guide Adnan was amazing! He was pleasant, humourous, exuded integrity, courteous, and patient. He made our whole experience spectacular from the beginning to the end. Very informative about Dubai's history, religious beliefs, infrastructure, and culture. Not only did he serve as an excellent tour guide, he was an AMAZING photographer. The images he took with my phone were top of the line (FYI, I love taking pictures). At the Gold Souk and Spice Market, he helped us to negotiate the best deals with the shop owner. I believe Adnan had to be the best tour guide I ever met. We wish he could have stayed with us towards the ending of the tour (Dubai Frame). Overall this was such a memorable experience. I will recommend this tour and our guide to everyone that I know.

It was a great and compact tour to see most of the old and new dubai in very short time. But that being said, in summer it’s so hot we are only stopping at one location to take pictures and then go on the bus. The dubai frame was not that worth it and maybe shoule add most time for the souk, but again, it’s so hot, lol. Recommend going during the evenings if that’s available.
