Both are in the historically-protected former gasometer. The focus of Yadegar Asisi's 360° Panorama of the Baroque halcyon days of Dresden is the daily life of citizens, shopkeepers, fishermen, servants and craftspeople in the Saxon town. He compresses the time from around 1695 to 1760 into an artistic snapshot of the Baroque era in Dresden. What people are saying about Dresden Panometer

Overall rating

4.5 / 5

based on 604 reviews

We have already visited a lot of city tours at home and abroad: Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Hamburg, Barcelona, Paris, Rome, London, etc. Until today we have never had the impression of being "undesirable" there. The extreme unfriendliness made you feel annoying, even undesirable, in Dresden. The word service consists of two words, the content of which is not really understood by the staff in the city's sights. It is also strange how "equalization" is practiced under Corona conditions in Dresden: the daily opening times are shortened instead of being extended. After all, this has the advantage that they are bothered by significantly fewer tourists.

The information counter to collect the Dresden City Card was within a small shopping mall right in front of the Frauenkirche Dresden. It may be missed due to the many restaurants alfresco there.

It was a very informative tour, which was made very interesting by our guide.

This welcome card is a good thing. Price performance is right.

Everything easy to get to and use, friendly staff on ship.
