What people are saying about Downtown Container Park

Overall rating

4.5
(39 reviews)

I rate the tour as excellent. Guide Kelly kept up a steady, well-informed, good-humored, entertaining patter throughout the exactly two-hour walk advertised. He also provided clear, courteous instructions for navigating the crowds along Fremont Street. Earphone radios are provided. These are necessary for the noisy environment traversed, especially for someone with a hearing disability like myself. But I was able to hear most of Kelly's comments. The walk is not long. but it proceeds at a fairly brisk pace, punctuated by stops along the way. A further reason for my excellent rating. I left my small camera behind at the container park end of the walk. After retracing some of my steps I gave it up for lost. But before long I received series of texts and phone messages letting me know they had found it, deduced that it was mine, and left it at the container park security point. Professional, observant, and courteous.

The tour was excellent!! As a lover of history I really enjoyed it! Tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and gave great suggestions. He was prompt to the meeting point and the tour started on time. The headsets we used were a great idea and extremely handy, as there’s a lot going on Downtown. I 1000% recommend!!

Kelly is an excellent guide, the headphones are essential due to the constant background noise. It was an easy 2 hour walk around the downtown area, learning about the past and present history and characters. Kelly's tipsheet is also very useful.

Loved our guide Laurita! She was so imformative and interesting. Really made Old Vegas come alive! Small problem with us getting into the mob museum, but they are working on correcting that

Kelly was an excellent and extremely informative Guide!
