We LOVED the course and our guide/cook Thuỷ. She introduced us to much more than recipes but a real culture and real exchanges. And she speaks French very well which is even nicer. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We had a great time and we will make all the recipes again in France. The cuisine is great, the products too! So friends 🇫🇷 ask THUỶ as a guide and you will not be disappointed.

We had a very enjoyable morning with Phuc Tau and Alice who showed us where some of the top spots in the Old Quarter were, and a great banh mi place for lunch. They were very friendly and enthusiastic!

A very young, open-minded guide, knows his stuff, leads us through the wild traffic really well... answers all questions and speaks easy-to-understand English. I'd be happy to do it again.

Our guide was nice and knowledgable and the tour was off the beaten path. The only thing that we didn't like is that the cathedral was closed and we couldn't see the interior

Lots of good information and saw quite a lot of the old town in the timeframe
