Explore the rich history, equestrian culture and camel racing traditions of Qatar on a half-day sightseeing tour from Doha, traveling by air-conditioned vehicle to the Sheikh Faisal Museum and Farm, located 45 kilometers west of the city.
Set up in 1998 by Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, the museum was established to help protect Qatari national heritage. Almost 15 years later, it offers a peek at the private collection the Sheikh began when he was very young. Marvel at valubale manuscripts from Arabia, along with decorative arts, Islamic fine art and historic weapons.
