My partner and I visited in the off-season and booked the experience to find out we were the only two on the tour - meaning private tour! It was wonderful, the guide is very friendly and knowledgable, with a great sense of humour which we enjoyed a lot. We got a great and personal tour with lots of useful information to use for the rest of our time there. Would recommend this tour for historical trips around the city. Very interesting and enjoyable. And we were recommended a lovely spot for a late lunch after the tour when I asked where we might get good local food. We hired the bikes thereafter so we could keep cycling for the rest of our stay in the city.

Discovering the city by bike really is a great concept, I really liked it. However, I was a bit disappointed by the guide as the story on Amsterdam was a bit too superficial, I was expecting more details. I talked to people that did the same and had a really great experience so I assume it also depends on the guide.... Bike was ok, only the saddle was a bit inconfortable at the end.

Amsterdam: Small-Group Bike Tour of Central Amsterdam Reviewed by

Very nice experience! Our guide was so prepared, he has a lot of experience in his field. He didn't bring us in the "centre centre", obviously, because is crowded and almost everyone walk there around on his own, but I showed us the hidden parts of Amsterdam, that you can discover just with a guide. So lucky to have seen Amsterdam from a different point of view.

What a absolutely amazing ride . For little bit, I was nervous at first but guide was so experienced that he continued the whole ride for 3 hours with complete safety and a really informational tour.

Great way to be shown parts of Amsterdam that you would not have known about by a very knowledgeable city guide. Advice on things to visit afterwards were given also.
