Dakota Building: Tours & Tickets
What people are saying about Dakota Building
The only tricky bit was finding the meeting point ! However when I rang the help line they contacted our guide who found us. This tour was excellent: our guide was really knowledgeable, he took our photo in all the great spots allowed us to walk to the areas he couldn’t access if we wanted to and even dropped us at the subway. We had wanted to book a horse and carriage but actually this was more than twice the price and as the horses seemed to know their way we noticed that many of the drivers were on their phones! Just remember to wrap up warm if you go in the winter!
My mom and I really enjoyed our tour today. Erika was our guide. She was very enthusiastic and knew a great deal of history about New York. She tailored the tour to our group. We wanted to see the Chelsea market, so she made a stop there and took us in. She was happy to spend as much or as little time in each location and gave us plenty of time to take pictures. Our driver Oscar was amazing. He navigated the busy streets so well and was very agreeable to whatever plan we came up with.
Our English tour would have been cancelled today if it hadn’t been for Stefan who was taking the German tour stepping in. He was fantastic, switching between German and English. The tour was interesting and informative. Even though we have visited NY before, we still saw things we had not seen before and learnt new and interesting facts. Well done Stefan and thank you to the German ladies for allowing us to join your tour - Danke
Shah the tour guide was so friendly and welcoming. He gave a lot of information and gave us plenty of time to walk and explore parts of Central Park. It was easy to locate the meeting point and Shah came to find us right on time. I thoroughly enjoyed this I would definitely recommend this experience to others.
Guide was great. Let people know ahead that there is walking in Central Park and other places. Fortunately at 73 I am in good shape
