This boat trip offers someting for everyone, whether you'd like to return to your home country with Egyptian sun-kissed skin, or have amazing stories to tell at the office or show and tell at school about the snorkeling at the world-famous Ras Mohamed.
What to Expect
It lies in the narrowest strip between the Gulfs of Suez and Aqaba. The park contains a variety of stunning geological features, such as uplifted coral reefs, alluvial plains, wadis, granite, sandstone mountains, and soft dunes.
Ras Mohammed is home to many terrestrial species including foxes, gazelles, reptiles, ibexes and migratory birds such as the White Stork. There are also magnificent mangrove trees that provide a valuable breeding area and habitat for both migrating and resident birds.
Ras Mohammed is Egypt's first marine national park. Established in 1989 and administered under the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency the marine park is located approximately 25mtr southwest of Sharm El-Sheikh.
Starting at 7 am, we will drive by car to Sharm then spend the day in the boat snorkleling in 2 areas, one reached by boat, and the 2nd, spot is near to Sharm. We will snorkel for about one hour in each place, then we will drive back to Dahab.
