Although it started quite badly with us expecting a taxi which didn't turn up until we called the the organiser who had forgotten to send it, the atmosphere on board was nice, the boat was clean and the crew friendly. We were late starting off, and we spent a good 2 hours sailing very slowly looking for dolphins until one of the crew informed us they had heard from another boat there were dolphins further ahead. We eventually found the dolphins and some whales, and that was lovely. We then headed for Lobos Island, but by then we were running late. Suddenly lunch was served and after that we were invited to go swimming and paddle boarding - it should have been the other way round, and that was a real shame. Very quickly we were off back to Corralejo. Once disembarked taxis were called, the pick up and drop off were included in the price, but a problem with the company's pick up meant taxis were offered as an alternative, shame when we were dropped off we had to pay for it ourselves.

We and our children (10+14) really enjoyed the trip. The crew was super nice and attentive. We were offered drinks several times. There were different places to sit on board, at the bow, stern and on the upper deck. We saw several dolphins (pilot whales), among them a mother with a calf. The captain approached the animals very carefully. We used the break that followed, anchored off the island of Lobos, to go snorkeling while the crew served delicious paella. Thank you for the lovely day! :)
