Though this is the first time to get on a segway, the instructor trained us one by one very nicely before the tour starts. The guide (Pablo) speaks English fluently, asked our preference, answered our questions. It is a wonderful experience to ride on a segway with a small group such as family members or friends.
We had a great tour of the old town. This was our first trip to Madrid and our tour guide, Santiago was very friendly and informative. It was lovely to have a private tour with just our family. The tour is so worth doing a great way to see the city whilst having fun. Would absolutely recommend.

It was really quite simple to ride a segway.. Our excellent tour guide Luis showed us in 10 minutes and the next 2 hours was a magical ride, without walking, touring the city!!
