Even interesting for our boys (13 + 16)

The city tour was very entertaining, interesting and lively. At no point did it become boring or too dry in history. All information was adorned with funny anecdotes that were told in a typical Cologne way. Really very successful. That not even our two teenagers were bored says it all. Of course, it was also great that we (including ourselves, 4 people) were a small group of only 6 people. So we almost had a private tour.

Ich habe einmal eine kurze Zeit in Köln gearbeitet. Spannend war es.

Mein Sohn und die Schwiegertochter kannten Köln bei weitem nicht so gut. Ich kann Ihnen aber versichern, dass sie hellauf begeistert waren, auch weil Ulli es auf ihre besondere Art entsprechend rüberbrachte. In jungen Jahren, ich bin 81, so etwa 17 bis 20 Jahre war ich fast jedes Wochenende in Köln, und es treibt mich immer wieder einmal dahin. Es hat einen Riesenspaß gemacht.

Great tour with Leona, our “Kölsche Mäd’l”. We had fun 2 hours, learning a lot about the history or the DOM and the old city center, as well as funny side stories and fairytales from the city’s past! Highly recommend this tour to everyone new to cologne.
