With my precious rambunctious 10 and 11 year old godchildren in tow I came to the FCHF for the first time. Yesterday was sunny and mild, the temperature matching the pleasant reception upon arrival at the ticket window. The smiley, tall young greeter gave us the red necklace and I assumed it was a souvenir. I must have left it on the counter at the ticket window. The tour guide inside was kind enough to get another necklace for me. My attention had been focused on retrieving three tickets; I mistakenly thought the voucher I printed out would admit us. But it only took a few minutes for the young man in the ticket window to find the email on my phone and scan the numbers, etc. The tour guides were equally efficient. We bounded up to the third floor and the fun began. Isaiah and Elijah lost no time in using their ID cards to access the videos and digital games. I was amazed! My elementary school classmate (Donald Hadden) played for Ohio State University with Woody Hayes.
