This excursion consists of two level 2 hikes in the south-southwest area of the island within the Natural Park of Jandia. This route will take us northeast along the imposing windward coast, to then enter a sandy area, leaving to our right the remains of an ancient volcanic building called Talahijas, which will accompany us to the ravine of Agua Cabras, which as its name suggests, runs a small thread of salty water (not always active) where goats have been satisfiying their thirst for centuries. Once arrived at this beautiful place we will only miss about 300 m to see the wild and beautiful beach of el Junquillo and la Punta del Junquillo. After a short break you will undo your steps having another perspective of the coast, to return to our vehicle and head to another natural wonder that gives us the Natural Park of Jandia, Playa de Ojos. You will continue your journey with our vehicle to the Punta de Jandia lighthouse where you will see the imposing and dangerous rocky shallows of la punta, after the photos we will head to el Puertito where you will have free time to have a drink in the restaurants or cool off with a swim (at your own risk). Once you have recharged your batteries we will drive with our van to one of the most spectacular and breathtaking scenery of Fuerteventura, Cofete. We will make a stop at the famous Winter House to contemplate it from the outside and then head to the old cemetery of Cofete. After the mandatory photos of such majestic scenery, we will head to the starting point of our second hike; between cardones and a unique scenery we will descend through a ravine full of volcanic formations to the wild coast of Cofete. Once we arrived at the beach, we wil take off our shoes and head south, until we reach an imposing stone monolith known as El Roque del Moro. This tour was more than special for me. Lots of extraordinarily beautiful views in one evening, which you cannot reach or are difficult to reach on foot, with a bus or rental car (and probably also to cross pure sandy deserts without practice). Into the sunset - adds something extra to the experience. Small group - an off-road vehicle - simply perfect and hardly any dust in sight while driving. I would also like to mention Gino - our guide - who surprised us with his openness and humanity, took care of everyone, was very attentive and helpful. I would repeat this tour immediately, even though I rarely go to the same place twice. You have to be prepared, as this is not a developed road and especially along the west coast - that you can feel jumps and shakes in the car, for me that was an additional fun factor, which the nature of this experience automatically entails. It's advisable to take something with you against the wind, but we were lucky. Excellent!

The 'safari' was very enjoyable. We were picked up from nearby hotel and driven to meeting point in Morro Jable, with the opportunity for a coffee/loo stop whilst the various vehicles arrived from pick up points. We then set off and the roads quickly became very rough and extremely bendy, making us glad we were in an appropriate vehicle with an obviously skilled and experienced driver (Miguele). We passed two breakdown trucks en route and lots of people struggling in ordinary cars - making the apparently high cost worthwhile as we could just relax and enjoy the experience. Our guide was informative and entertaining. He asked several times if we were OK - we were loving it - and answered everyone's questions helpfully. Really glad we went this way - great fun, amazing views and no stress!

I ordered the trip with a guide in German (due to the lack of available places in Polish). Once there, it turned out that by a lucky coincidence we found ourselves in a Polish group with a guide, Krzysiek, who lives in Fuerteventura. The trip is conducted in a relaxed, holiday atmosphere. A lot of interesting facts, both thematic and musical;) I recommend a trip to Cofete with this team to everyone. It's worth it because it's a must-see on this island.

It is the best tour we have done in Fuerteventura. Thanks to the guide Michele who gave us a lot of information about the island and was also very kind as well as knowledgeable.

Exciting, thrilling, dirty & dusty, a real bone shaker of a ride! Miguel our driver was informative & really good fun. We enjoyed the day immensely. Beautiful views.
