A great day with Erna ☺

As a family, 5 adults & 2 children, we had searched and found an equivalent to Rome from cruise port Civitavecchia. With Erna, the woman of the offerer, it went in the well-kept van to the offered destinations. In excellent German and with Italian charm she showed us her adopted country. Their attention was not only to us adults but also the grandchildren. So it was also on individually modified tour to eat & swim at the Lake Bolsena. Just great !!! But both other offered destinations are worth the booking. Also through the rides there, as it went through the typical Italian, almost untouched landscape tourist. Thanks again to Erna, who has done an excellent job for a varied day that will always be remembered.

Go outside port drop off. Look for your name immediately On small sign. Away from Crowded bus tours. See authentic small town, meet the local meat & cheese man..very hospitable. Lake is warm for swimming. Erna was great showing us the sites. Thank you Erna ! We could not finish the outstanding Italian lunch. Catered to vegetarians! Boat did not make port until next day and GYG made a call to arranged the tour again ! In 5 minutes ! AT NO EXTRA COST. 12 day cruise....a tour each port....By far the two GYG Tours were the most Authentic and enjoyable. Thank you GYG for connecting us with guides like Erna! I am sold on GYG.

Wonderful Day- Loved Bracciano and the Castle

Andrea was a great guide. He could not have provided for a nicer day, doing something new rather than going into Rome for the day. We loved the drive along the Ocean to Bracciano. The visit to Odescalchi Castle was well worth it, both interesting and not at all crowded. Lunch in town was good and we had the opportunity to drive along the lakeshore beaches and take a walk on the lakeshore Boardwalk (and have a gelato) in the next town of Trevignano Romano before returning to Civitavecchia. We loved learning the history of the area and ideas for a future trip. Thanks Andrea!

The tour is a glorious immersion in countryside beyond Rome!

We had a fantastic post-cruise excursion to Lake Bracciano. We were thrilled that the tour could be customized to accommodate some physical limitations and an airport drop off. Our guide, Andrea, took us to the best locations to experience the treasures of the past and the beauty of the region today. The day was perfectly planned with the admission fee and lunch at a charming restaurant with regional specialties included. We could not have had a better experience!

we loved the dead city it was so beautiful and would love to go back and we enjoyed the monster park greatly our guide /driver was very informative and helpful with everything
