  • Valencia: San Nicolas, Silk Museum and Santos Juanes Church

    1. Valencia: San Nicolas, Silk Museum and Santos Juanes Church

Make the most of your visit to Valencia with this combined ticket to 3 unique places: the Silk Museum, the Church of San Nicolas, and the Church of Santos Juanes—commonly known as “Saint John of the Market” because of its location next to the market area. In the 13th century, this square was already the main open space in the city. Find out more about each site with an included audio guide available in 5 languages.  After an incredible restoration, the Silk Museum opens its doors to let you discover its history on an extraordinary journey. To speak of silk is to speak of a golden era for Valencia, which led to the transformation of the landscape and the way of life in the city for centuries. Explore all the secrets of the Gremi de Velluters — the silk velvet weavers' guild in Valencia — at the building where they established themselves in the 15th century, now the Silk Museum. With you...

San Nicolas Church was beautiful and well worth the visit. Absolutely gorgeous. However we never sent to the Silk Museum and we thought it was for the Silk Exchange. Who knew they were 2 different things. So we didn't really get the value for our money. I would definitely recommend doing San Nicolas Church, but just get the tickets when you get there as it isn't very crowded.

At first we had to meet in a small street in the centre and Bogi (our tourguide) was coming there to pick us up. The meeting point was easy to find and we left with a small group which made it an intimate tour. The facts and knowledge Bogi gave us were very interesting and it was really fun talking with her. There were also preparations for the Valencia festival during our tour and she gave some extra information about that. We have been to many places anyone could go and some places which I never would have found by myself. Of all these places I really loved the final place, where we were had the tapas with wine. It was very surprising where we had the tapas/wine, because it was in a small couryard and we were there all by ourselves. The food and drinks were the best I had during my entire stay in Valencia. I would definitely do this tour and recommend it to everybody.

Literally the best tour you could ask for. Bogi was amazing, really knowledgeable and really keen to answer any questions and the food that was provided after was amazing. Wine tasting of about 10 different local wines along with some delicious tapas. The setting is fantastic and the group of people we were with were all incredibly friendly. Could not give it more of a positive review. If you are considering booking, do it as it'll not disappoint

Great Experience, Bogi was amazing and super knowledgeable. The food was even better! I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Valencia. We ate and drank in a stunning little venue which was paired with beautiful local wines, what more could you ask for? 10/10 would go again.

absolutely loved it. the dinner/tasting was probably the highlight of my Valencia trip. Our guide Bogi with her knowledge of the city and it's culinary scene, made the experience that much more special.
