Our first stop is Demeter ‘s temple, a spectacular recently restored ancient temple of 530 BC. Apart from the impressive monument ,you ll have the chance to visit the archeological museum located in the same area ,giving you the chance to see findings from the site. We continue our tour and have our next stop at Damalas, a cute little village in the heart of Tragea valley ,where we will enjoy a demonstration at the only remaining traditional pottery workshop and the traditional restored olive press. Then we drive to Chalki, the neoclassical village where you can walk in picturesque alleys ,visit the traditional citron distillery/museum and have an espresso enjoying the classy atmosphere. Then we head to the oldest Byzantine church of Panagia Drossiani (4-6th cen AD).,where we ll see the unique frescoes and special architecture. Our next stop is the most famous village of Naxos,Apiranthos,the “marble village” where you can stroll on the marble cobbled streets and take loads of photos. We drive towards the North part of Naxos island and we end up on the Northest edge of Naxos,at Apollonas village ,a small typical Cycladic village ,ideal for swimming or just relaxing at the various cafes by the sea. On our way back we stop at the impressive Kouros statue ,a colossal unfinished statue of the 6th cen BC and then we head back to Chora, following the North-Northwest coast of the island, enjoying view of Agia tower and North Cyclades islands.

First stop is in Kato Koufonisi at Pezoulia Bay where you can swim, snorkel and a small snack will be offered, before coasting the south side of Kato Koufonisi, to reach the second stop in Laki Bay. Lunch will be prepared and you can enjoy the atmosphere of the surround landscape. After meal break, cruising all the way up to Pano Koufonisi, by proceeding along to the island, admire the beautifullness of the environment, spot the Chora and sailing up to Rina Cave in Naxos for the last stop and dessert, is breathless! The final passage will take part from Rina Cave to the south and west side of Naxos until reaching the point to turn the sails on one more time back to Piso Livadi.

Starting from Chora we will visit the prehistoric settlement of Skarkos, where we will talk about the history and traditions of the island. We will leave our bicycles and walk for a few meters to admire the traditional path. We will then cycle towards Homer's tomb where, according to tradition, the great poet was buried. We will return to Chora from the area of Pano Kampos admiring the landscape. 2. Starting from Chora we will visit the prehistoric site of Skarkos where we will talk about the history and traditions of the island. We will leave our bicycles and walk for a few meters to admire the traditional path. Then we will cycle to Diaseli Cheesery for cheese tasting. We will return to Chora from the area of Pano Kampos admiring the landscape. 3. Starting from Chora, we will visit the prehistoric settlement of Skarkos where we will talk about the history and traditions of the island. Departure takes place from Vigla Hotel around 09:30 and we head towards the remarkable Byzantine Monastery perched dramatically on a cliffside, The Hozoviotssa Monastery. The welcome of the monks is a testament to the enduring spirit of hospitality: traditional raki and loukoumi (a Greek delight made from starch and sugar). Next stop is Agios Georgios Valsamitis, a picturesque church dedicated to Agios Georgios (St. George). The most intriguing aspects of the church is its association with a natural spring that flows within the cave. Upon moving at the southern part, we visit the Holy Trinity Tower (Agia Triada) in Arkesini village. Constructed from local stone, explore this ancient watchtower that provides us a glimpse into the island's rich history. On our way back, we will stop at a beach to enjoy swimming in the Big Blue, depending on the weather. Our final stop is in the capital of Amorgos, Chora. Stroll through the alleys and admire the Cycladic architecture: whitewashed houses and blue domed churches. A must-visit place with traditional windmills and Venetian Castle that showcases the island's unique charm. We end our day by dining in one of the Chora's traditional taverns, enjoying a delicious meal before heading back to Vigla Hotel.

Stroll by the villages of Tholaria, Lagada, and Ormos on this guided walking tour with pickup and drop-off from select meeting points in Katapola, Tholaria, or Chora. Admire views of Aegiali bay with a local guide and see sights like the Panagia Epanochoriani church.  Be picked up from the meeting point in a van and relax on the drive to the village of Lagada where your hike begins. Breathe the invigorating salty air and immerse yourself in the sublime landscape of Aegiali bay.  Walking down towards the bay, use one of the most ancient and well-preserved paths on the island. Follow your guide to the famous Panagia Epanochoriani church which is dedicated to the Virgin Mary. We offer you an opportunity of a lifetime to experience first-hand the true beauty of the Mykonian town, by walking you through its history and re-living some of its memories. The wonderful walk through the unknown alleys and the secret corners of Mykonos town, begins at 09.30 after you have been collected from your pick-up location (usually your hotel or the cruise-ship port). The adventurous part of this tour starts at 12:00 where you will arrive at the village of Ano Mera, pass through the picturesque square, and visit the monastery of Panagia Tourliani. We then continue by walking only 400 meters to the Mykonian Farm where we will be greeted by the Farm’s superintendent who will guide us through the territory, recounting the history of the places while showing us how the organic and the animal farming operates. Later, while sitting and relaxing on a traditional stone built couch sipping raki we will learn the history of the island’s farming, its livestock and its crops. During the storytelling of the Mykonian Traditional farming habits, for anyone who is interested a Light Snack option is offered with special local products from the traditional farm (bread, tomatoes, kopanisti, cucumbers and poor man’s black olives, accompanied by the traditional raki).
