If you are visiting Victoria Falls and do not have the time for a few nights in the Chobe, a Chobe day trip comes highly recommended. What we'll do The Chobe day trip departs from Kazungula Boarder or Victoria Falls to Chobe National Park. Once you have gone through immigration and have met your Botswana guide, Then we proceed to Chobe National Park in an open game drive vehicle. The morning’s land-based safari heads deeper into the Park to spot the elusive big cats and massive elephant and big game species that make Chobe their home. Morning Coffee is served during the activity. Lunch is then served. Refreshments will be provided throughout the Chobe Day Trip. After lunch you will venture into a sunset boat cruise. This water safari gives you the unique opportunity to view the abundant wildlife and beautiful sunsets of the Chobe National Park on the banks of the Chobe River. NB: The order of the activities might change depending on the previous day's wildlife sightings (i.e. start with a game drive and end the day with a cruise or vice versa)

Your guide will assist you in spotting the native wildlife, including game cats, in their natural habitat. You will have lunch at the Chobe Safari Lodge around noon, followed by some free time to relax. After that, you will enjoy a 3-hour boat cruise on the Chobe River. During the cruise, keep an eye out for birds and other wildlife, and at the end of the cruise, you will get to witness the sunset over the river. The trip back to your hotel in Zambia or Zimbabwe will take about an hour, with an estimated arrival time of on or before 8 p.m. Please note that a minimum of four people per booking is required.
