This was my first time in Chicago (USA), as I am from Melbourne (Australia) on holiday. My tour guide was always communicating with me in preparation for the day/tour. He was already waiting for me at our meeting point. I had numerous well informed options (by my tour guide) of where to visit and I felt in total control of where I wanted to go and when. Overall, it was a well coordinated, fun filled, and educating experience for me. My guide did a fantastic job.
This was a great tour and a great value. Good food samplings with a knowledgeable guide. It was a great way to see a little bit of Chicago and sample some of the classic Chicago foods at interesting venues. The food was always ready to serve when we got to the location and the amount of food provided on the tour seemed very reasonable for the price.
My guide showed good knowledge of Chicago. He seemed very personable as well. Probably too much food at the end. As glad as I was to get a taste of the Chicago classics, the three stops were overkill. Plus, stopping for chocolate at Fannie May? Seriously, I can get that anywhere. Not a treat specific to Chicago at all.
Jeff was excellent! We got lost and were late to our first destination. He was calling me right away to make sure everything was ok and waited until we got there. Great tour and yummy doughtnuts! Would highly recommend this tour. If you love doughnuts you can’t go wrong and a great way to see the city.
Our tour Guide was so friendly. He was knowledgeable and fun. The only thing I would add is to have a speaker for him to talk through for people in the back. With mask and construction it made his great information hard to hear. I would definitely recommend this tour to my family and friends.
