J enjoyed the professionalism of the activity provider. There was a mistake in the amount of people who were supposed to attend the activity which in my opinion was an issue with the GYG reservation. I reserved the activity for three people but on the day of the activity, my reservation reflected one person when the original reservation was for three people. The activity provider still honored my original reservation and ensured that everyone had tickets to Cerro San Cristobal. We appreciated the activity provider’s ability to remedy the error. We were celebrating my brother’s birthday and we wanted to maintain the positive vibes. I also enjoyed how the tour guide treated us like family and not like foreigners. He took us to a local restaurant to try authentic empanadas. I can go on and on about this activity, but I think you should experience the activity for yourself.

We loved this tour and our guide, Eigene! He was really great at showing us all the important places, neighbourhood and buildings in Santiago city, which was just so lovely to take a stroll through. Eugene was very knowledgeable and knew so many interesting facts about the past and present history of Chile and the city. he also provided us with water and knew the places were we could have a quick break, use the bathroom, get coffee, exchange money and so on. The tour was about three hours and.we.coukdnt have more respect for Eugene, doing this every day whilst being so attentive and kind all of the time. Highly recommend!

Excellent tour throughout different districts in central Santiago. Eugineo was an excellent communicator who had very good knowledge of the history of the area. Although it was very hot we managed the walk very easily. Highly recommend doing if you are in the area.

Everything went very well! guide Cristina was always at our disposal for clarifications. the driver Alexandro very good, too. I had a very good overview of what was proposed by the package.

Guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in navigating the uneven terrain using a pointer stick!
