We highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a combination of nature and adventure!! Our driver/guide (Gleen) was absolutely amazing! He was at our hotel waiting for us bright and early, was a fantastic driver and chatted with us for the long ride which made the time fly by. The whale experience is incredible, once in a life time and gleen helped us by coordinating everything and holding onto our bags while we were in the water. We then traveled to canyoneering which was an absolute adrenaline rush filled with beauty! Dave our canyon guide was energetic and blast to tour with! Gleen delivered us back to our hotel and sadly we had to say see you later to our new friend!
Absolutely amazing!! Could not fault the experience or tour. Transport to Oslob from Cebu was comfortable and we had our own private van. The whale shark snorkeling was extraordinary! Literally swam within 2m from us and plenty of time for photos. Kawasan falls was also incredible! Highly recommend doing the 1km zip line on arrival. Super fun with large rock jumps for those spontaneous and thrill seeking with smaller jumps for those afraid of heights. Very supportive tour guides. Overall, amazing experience and would do the tour over and over again. No faults! :)
The driver, Rey picked us up promptly on time in a very nice SUV, he even stopped to let us get some coffee before swimming with the whale sharks. He also was great at telling us about the island. Swimming with the whale sharks was definitely a once in a life time opportunity. On to the canyonineering- do it! If you can handle 10k of hiking, swinging from branches, nature made slides abs cliff jumping this is your sport. And it finishes with a lunch! Yes yes yes to this tour option
Fantastic day for adventure seekers. Very early start (3am pickup). We had breakfast after the whale shark experience and lunch after the canyoneering. Bring some money for the zip line at Kawasan falls (500 pesos per person). It’s awesome. Bike ride is cool but not for the the faint-hearted. Huge leaps in canyoneering if you want to.
The driver was a little bit unskilled, like every driver in Philippines, but over all was an amazing experience. Don’t miss the zip line at Kawasan Falls, it’s crazy, and if you can, ask for Marcello/ Eloy to be your guide - it’s an amazing guy and he had a lot of patience with us, I was really scared in some places on the way.
