Explore the coast of St. Lucia from under water on a scuba diving excursion, which will take you up close to the beautiful underwater life in these clear Caribbean waters. Visit dive spots in Soufriere, Anse Chastanet, Anse Cochon, or all of the above.
What to Expect
St. Lucia is rated as one of the unexploited underwater secrets in the Caribbean. With its pristine and highly diverse coral reefs, steep walls, pinnacles, and shipwrecks, this island offers its visitors the ideal underwater adventure.
Now, certified divers can opt to go diving for 1 day, or as many as 5, on 5-hour excursions into the water. You will visit shipwrecks in Anse Cochon, wall and drift dive in Soufriere, and night dive or beach dive at Anse Chastanet or Anse Cochon. All of these sites are found in the marine reserve areas stretching from Anse Cochon to Soufriere, along the sheltered west coast of the island.
All dives carried out in the marine reserve areas are supervised by staff dive masters and instructors. This government-implemented policy aids in diver safety and environmental awareness. Not withstanding this, a semblance of dive freedom is exercised and encouraged by staff dive professionals.
