Great fun around with access to places cars dont reach.

Peter was great in explaining all we need to know about the car, using the map and planning on what we should consider visiting. Even for first time driver in Rome, we were confortable driving around. Sunday was a great time to take the buzz cars out as traffic was light. We booked 2 cars and each of us went with one kid. everyone had a great time. it took sightseeing to a whole new level of fun.

A fun and unique way to see a beautiful city!

After 2 days of traditional cruise excursions this was the welcomed adventure that our family needed. The owner,Peter, was very accommodating and offer much needed advice by email before we ever set foot in Rome. Our kids we more excited about scooting around in the buzz cars than almost any part of our 10 day vacation! If you have an adventurous spirt and like to laugh....this is a must do!

Interesting Experience for those who are willing to drive in Rome

Driving around Rome in one of these vehicles is something that my wife and I are glad we experienced. It is somewhat disconcerting being in the middle of Rome traffic, but worth the effort because of the convenience and because it is something that you are not likely to experience elsewhere. The iPad that is provided makes it easy to pick and choose what you would like to see; it has good information about all of the most famous attractions. Once a site is selected, directions are immediately available from your current location. Importantly, the directions adjust quickly when you invetibly make a wrong turn! The vehicle can be parked where motorcycles can be, which makes it convenient to park near some of the busier attractions and proceed on foot. The cost of the service was quite reasonable and Peter was available by phone or Skype when/if we had a question. Overall, highly recommended as a way of seeing Rome, if you are comfortable driving in the city.

What a rush! The way to get around Rome!

Of our party of four, I was the one who didn't want this activity. I was terrified of driving around Rome. How wrong could I be? The owner put my mind at rest and told us everything we needed to know. He said that the locals would make room for us- and they did! We were given a tablet computer which told us where to go, had routes programmed in to follow and narration to accompany us. The cars really go too! This was a complete hoot! We saw so much of Rome in our time with Buzz tours and I would recommend it to anyone. I cannot think of one negative thing to say

This is certainly one of the best ways to enjoy Rome

I wanted to show Rome to my 80 years-old grandmother. However, Rome is large and walking from sight to sight (or from subway and bus stops to sights and back) will quickly exhaust even younger tourists. Having no previous experience with electric minicars we decided to give it a try. It was a complete success. The tiny cars provide perfect mobility and flexibility. On the one hand, those are kind-of cars, so you can use them to go larger distances via normal roads (e.g. from St. Pietro to Colosseum). On the other hand, those are also kind-of pedestrian vehicles, so you can use them to enter (or get maximally close to) the pedestrian areas. Next time I go to Rome I plan to use them again (and this has nothing to do with me being lazy to walk, I just found the concept really fun). The car is smallish, but it will fit two average (or even slightly obese) adults. It is a bit inconvenient to use the pedals, at first, and a bit scary to drive on the streets, but you get used to this.
