Both young and old enjoyed the trip. After we had a bit of difficulty finding the bus stop because the space was quite large and there were many bus stops, a tourist guide was at the bus stop about 15 minutes before departure to print out the tickets for the bus. When you enter you are greeted warmly and, if you wish, you can receive headphones, which are admittedly not of very good quality, but are only intended for the tour(s). With these we were able to follow the tour in one of 12 languages. Each of the 2 possible tours visited 8 sights. At some stations you stopped briefly so you could get out if you wanted to visit the church. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate, so we just enjoyed the tour.

Monica was absolutely outstanding. she was truley captivating when explaining through all of the interesting facts and history. There were so many things we would have missed or not understood had we not been on this tour.. highly recommend to anyone wanting to maximise their experience in the beautiful verona. The food included in the tour was also fantastic. well worth the money all round.

A nice experience, you can switch between the red and blue lines and travel the same route several times within 24 hours. However, you cannot rely 100% on the departure times at the stops...
