What to Expect
Enjoy a memorable 5 days visiting some of South Africa’s top national parks and admire the scenery of the Garden Route. Experience this area of untamed paradise along the coast, see elephants on a game drive, stop for a swim at spectacular ocean beaches and so much more.
Route 62 – Along South Africa's famous country road you'll capture the beauty of high mountains, twisting passes, rugged Karoo plains, vineyards and orchards. Stop for a drink at a famous country pub.
Cango Wildlife Ranch – This sanctuary to some of the world's most endangered animals contributes to the conservation of over 60 species. You'll experience a personal natural encounter, and touch cheetahs, hug Bengal tiger cubs, wrap yourself in a python and even dive with Nile crocodiles! (optional activities at an extra fee)
Cango Caves – These caves are an illuminated wonderland of subterranean magic and mystery, with passageways and chambers meandering far below the surface. On the tour you’ll explore the narrow passages and vast halls filled with colorful ancient stalactites.
Overnight in Oudtshoorn.

Tsitsikamma National Park – Spend time in paradise as you explore the marine reserve with its unique combination of dramatic coastal and forest landscapes.
Drive in Addo Elephant National Park – Take a 2-hour drive, in the tour bus, through the 3rd-largest national park in South Africa. This park conserves a wide diversity of biodiversity, landscapes, fauna and flora. The original elephant section of the park was dedicated to provide a safe haven for the few wild elephants that survived government-sponsored culling in the early 20th century. The lush vegetation provides protection and a rich food source, supporting what is now the most densely populated area of wild elephants on the planet. This finely tuned ecosystem is sanctuary to over 550 elephants, lions, buffalo, black rhino, spotted hyena, leopard, a variety of antelope and zebra and other species.
4x4 Game Drive – Spend an extra 2 hours with a game ranger in a 4x4 vehicle in Addo Elephant National Park. (optional, and for an additional fee)
Overnight in Jeffrey's Bay.
Beach Time and Shopping in Jeffrey's Bay – Enjoy early morning surfing or just chill out on the beach. You can rent surfboards and wetsuits for an additional fee. Stop at the Billabong, Rib Curl and Quicksilver factory shops and find excellent deals on branded clothing.
Waterfall Zipline – The 8 slides, of which the longest is 211 meters, zigzag along cables across the river gorge, as high as 50 meters above the water in some places (optional activity, at an additional fee). If you don't want to do the zipline experience, you can go for a walk in the forest.
Knysna – Nestled between forested mountains and the sea and curving around a big lagoon, you’ll find The Heads, where the sea crashes through 2 massive sandstone cliffs.
Overnight in the wilderness area.
Myoli Beach – An undiscovered beach paradise, this is the perfect place for swimming or surfing in the ocean.
Wilderness Canoe – Wilderness features 18km of beaches cooled by sea spray, and 5 lakes, 5 rivers and 2 estuaries. This is one of nature's jewels in the crown and a protected national park.
