Mount Cook: Scenic Helicopter Flight with Alpine Landing
- Small group
- Duration: 25 minutes
Anujk was our driver/tour guide. He treated us very warmly the moment we met him at our apartment’s carpark. Throughout the entire trip, he was very knowledgeable in the history, geography and current rvents around Chch and knows all about the surrounding sceneries and mountains. He was very considerate of all of us in the tour making sure we are well taken cared of and felt secured. The views and experience was amazing! The day was well worth it! We even forgot our shopping bag from the car and Anujk kindly brought it back to our apartment, very gracious and kind indeed! Thank you!
This experience was everything we hoped it would be and more. We saw lots of birds, many really close up. Our guide, Gary, was very knowledgeable and amazed us with immediate identification of all the birds we saw. The bonus was seeing lots of young seals on a rock and a very large pod of dolphins..We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend it.
The views from the Gondola were spectacular and an amazing way to see Christchurch for my very first time, very relaxing ride and nice little walk once I was at the top. The Punt on the Avon River was very relaxing and the instructor shared a lot of history and had a good sense of humor. All round was an excellent experience and would love to do it all again.
Picked us up in a comfy van. Very knowledgeable guide with amazing time management. Shout out to Grahams! Get to see some dolphins and seals and truly enjoyed the lunch given. Ordered blue cods and salmons and breads for starters. Perfect weather. Managed to walk around after lunch. All in all, 10/10. Really worth it!!
The lake Pukaki is absolutely stunning and the short hike to watch the Glacier is nice. Refreshments are all stuffs I like haha~ Our guide Anujk is patient and friendly, he offered us some good recommendations about our trips in CHC. The car is comfy as well, this is important as it's a long drive from CHC to Mt Cook.
