One of the 'funnest' things I've done in my life!

We LOVED snorkeling at Xel-Ha! Felt like Jack Cousteau exploring all the hidden areas along the "Lazy River". Most people just floated down, but we delighted in the caves and inlets. Could not believe the buffets - some of the most extensive I've ever seen, and the food was good too! The only difficulty we had was that the ticket-taker at Xel-Ha wasn't familiar with the fact that you could have a 'mobile pass' on your phone. She had to get the manager, and they had me forward the email from "get your guide" to them, so they could print it out.

A back to basics adventure, excellent and informative guide.

A much more personal experience than Xplor, not as slick but a true sence of adventure was experienced by the whole family. Our personal guide was excellent and very informative. Lunch was simple but very good. Photo package was available to buy but was excessively expensive. Loads of Mosquitos, but bug spray was available.

Great day out in one of Riviera Maya's many natural wonders

Combination of jungle and aquatic experiences, Xel-ha's all inclusive ticket offered unlimited access to up to 20 activities and guided tours as well as meals and drinks. A must-do experience for all visitors to the Riviera Maya, especially those content to be shut away in an all-inclusive resort - you're missing out on all that the Riviera has to offer. We were staying in Tulum, which is only 15km away. We arrived at 9.15am to miss the rush of visitors later in the morning, and filled our day so much we didn't leave until closing time at 5.30pm. A great day out.

Great day w/dolphins & zip line Cenote adventure

Went with my wife and 2 teenaged daughters, starting the morning off with the dolphins and then going to Hidden Worlds. We all enjoyed swimming with the dolphins, especially my wife and daughters. Trainers made sure we all got our turn with each dolphin activity and when we were done we got to swim with stingrays and a nurse shark. Only downside was the pictures were extremely high priced, so be prepared. At Hidden Worlds the team took good care of us and all were very nice. Zip lining into Cenotes was awesome, especially the roller coaster zip line, made sure to do that one a couple times. Being in a jungle setting did mean there were some bugs so bring enough bug spray or purchase it at the site. Ride up to the zip lines and back was in a covered but open air utility vehicle which made for a bumpy ride but not due to speed since they drive slowly and carefully. Did make it enjoyable to see the vegetation and wildlife along the way. They also had much more affordable pictures
