Overall we had a wonderful time. The catamaran ride was super fun, and we really enjoyed the snorkelling stop. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful place to visit! The only thing that did not work out very well was the communication with the shuttle service. Our initial date for the trip had to be rescheduled, because there was an issue with the transportation service. The problem, however, was that nobody cared to inform us and we just waited an hour in front of the hotel until we finally reached someone who was able to tell us that our trip had to be rescheduled. On the new date the transportation to get there worked out pretty well. On the way back, however, the driver refused to take us back to the hotel and we ended up paying 30 Dollars for a taxi. We were ensured that we will get a refund to make up for the taxi cost, which we never did.
