What to Expect
Spend the day visiting the pyramids in Cairo and enjoying a camel ride through the desert on this full-day tour. The program will cover all the major sites you ought to see when visiting this part of Egypt. Visit Zoser’s Funerary Complex, aslo known as the Step Pyramid. It is made out of 6 steps at a height of 60 meters.
You’ll also get the chance to visit the Unas Pyramid Complex, built especially for the pharaoh Unas. Admire the pyramid of Teti, the Tombs of the Nobles, the Philosopher’s Circle, and the Tomb of Kagemni.
Take rest for lunch and savor some delicious Egyptian food of falafel or grilled meat (not included). Lunch usually consists of lots of small appetizers so you can taste quite a few new foods if you are new to Egypt. Afterwards, climb aboard a camel for a desert safari of about 2 hours. You’ll get to see the pyramids from outside and capture some pretty impressive shots as you marvel at them from afar.

Lunch is available on site from a small restaurant serving Egyptian food. The cost of lunch can vary from EGP 10 per person for take away Egyptian food such as Falafel and Shawirma sandwiches, to EGP 70 for a big meal of mixed grill or grilled chicken served with Egyptian appetizers. There will also be options for vegetarians or vegans. Alternatively, you can bring your own snacks or packed lunch.
