The crew on the boat were far beyond any customer service I’ve ever come across !! A solo mum travelling with 2 little ones on the rainiest weathered day and they all went out of their way to help and provide such care and attention Despite the weather the whole day was amazing ! Check-in closes at 09:30 AM (unless otherwise advised) – Late check-in will result in a missed tour with no refund.
