For hotel guests: "Centro de Recepción de Turistas Canalejas", Avenida del Puerto (no number), Paseo Canalejas. Also called "Oficina de Turismo Canalejas". It is located close to the Burger King and right above Canalejas underground car park. Look out for the one floor round pavilion surrounded by trees. For cruise ship guests: upon arrival, please exit the port through the Cruise Terminal. Once you arrive at the port main gate control, don't cross the street but turn left immediately and follow the fence surrounding the port, walking along" Avenida del Puerto" for a couple of minutes. At the 4th pedestrian crossing, cross the street by the traffic light onto the other side to reach the Tourism Office which is the round grey metallic looking pavilion in front of you bearing the "i" sign on its facade. If you have any doubts, ask one of the port stewards inside the terminal. (Open in Google Maps)
