In this experience you will be able to visit a 19th century wine cellar, admiring barrels from 250 to 40,000 liters where the guide will explain the history of Port wine, its production method and different types of aging. Then you will go to the tasting room where you will taste 4 quality Port wines, all of them commented in terms of characteristics and pairing potential. What you can expect: - small group in a wine cellar of well-known brands but not frequented by mass tourism; - Port wines: Rose, Dry White, Tawny 10 years and Ruby LBV. The boat tour was OK. Unfortunately there were a bit too many participants. The subsequent tour of Burmester is definitely recommended. Funny, small group and at the end there was delicious port to try and buy.
