Silvia was knowledgeable, engaging and pleasant. She shared a great deal of historical information. Additionally, it was apparent that she has fostered great working relationships with transporters and venders. We enjoyed the experience very much. We appreciated the confirmation call regarding pick-up location the day before.

The excursion was completely as described and we were delighted with this day. We were 6 couples of three different nationalities and our guide, who speaks Italian as well as English and French, interested us all by switching from one language to another, embellishing his comments with anecdotes and answering all of them. our questions. A fascinating discovery of these two islands that we highly recommend. An excellent quality / price ratio.

Excellent value. Visit of an artisanal glass factory, with store. Then visit of an artisanal lace shop, guide speaking several languages, very friendly

Excellent excursion, if I had to give some advice I would suggest booking one of a longer duration than 5 hours.
