What to Expect
Taste the wines of the different wine regions of Argentina at a unique wine tasting and get ready to immerse yourself in the tango traditions of Buenos Aires!

The big house where you will enjoy dinner and watch the tango show has been established in the historic city center since 1867. Founded as a bar in 1920, it was restored in 1992 and is now considered as "Living Evidence of the Civic Memory" by the Museum of the City of Buenos Aires. It has also been declared a "Place of Tourist Interest" by the National Tourist Secretary. Its capacity to seat 150 people around individual tables, combined with wreathed columns and boisserie (sculpted wood paneling) creates a romantic and intimate atmosphere.

Before the show starts, enjoy an exquisite à la carte dinner with more than 30 options to choose from. The 3-course meal includes a starter, main course and dessert, along with soft drinks, beer, wine, coffee and/or tea.

Cold Starters:
• Homemade matambre (rolled meat filled with eggs and vegetables) served with potatoes and chopped parsley dressing
• Assorted cold cuts, cooked and raw ham, matambre, pate, meat loaf, Tybo cheese and olives
• Dried tomatoes crème brûlée with Parmesan cheese and basil oil
• Seafood cocktail of shrimps, cockles, mussels, celery, hearts of palm, apple and salsa golf

Hot Starters:
• Creole empanadas, fried and stuffed with chopped meat, onion, eggs, pepper and olives
• Warm mushrooms, bacon, red pepper, spinach, green onions, Parmesan cheese and bread 
• Cream soup of the day
• Cuyan humita (a Native American dish from pre-Hispanic times, prepared with fresh corn, sautéed onions and spices. The dough is wrapped in corn husks and boiled) - corn, onion, red pepper, basil, dried tomatoes, garlic and olive oil

Fresh Starters:
• Seafood Caesar salad - green leaves, Parmesan cheese, croutons, Caesar dressing and sole
• Avocado and chicken salad - chicken, avocado, orange, red pepper, lettuce and mayonnaise
• Complete salad - mushrooms, hearts of palm, shrimps, black olives, tomato, garlic and salsa golf

Main Courses:

• Salmon mousse panzotti - pasta filled with pink salmon, cream cheese, pepper, kanikama and green onion
• Arugula gnocchi - potatoes, arugula, raw ham, cream, mozzarella and Roquefort cheese
• Meat and vegetables cannelloni with Fondutta sauce - Parmesan cheese, red pepper, onion, spinach and cream
• Green risotto with mushrooms - spinach, rice, chicken, onion, cream and Parmesan cheese
• Vermichelli a la Mediterránea - pasta with red pepper, onion, zucchini, carrot, garlic and black olives

• Sole with pizza topping, filetto sauce, mozzarella, potatoes and basil
• Pollock with shrimp sauce - cream, red pepper, onion, carrots, zucchini and shrimp

• Provençal chicken pauppiete - carrot, cooked ham, Parmesan cheese, tomato, egg plant, filetto sauce and Tybo cheese
• Chicken bocconccini with ham and mushrooms - mushrooms, ham, green onion, potato, cream, paprika and bacon
• Chicken wok with chow fan and rice

• Sirloin steak - grilled with potatoes, onion, corn, tomatoes, green onions and red pepper
• Sautéed beef wok with onion, potatoes, rice and soybean sauce
• Veal chop Milanese with smashed vegetables, mashed potato, cabbage and sweet potato

Lamb and Pork:
• Lamb and mushrooms stew - tomato, carrot, egg plant, onion, red pepper and potatoes
