Popular Boat Tours & River Cruises in Budapest

We got there around 20 minutes before hour slot (email states boarding opens 30min before). We were told we couldn't travel, the boat was full. The local company who provides the service doesn't know what GetYourG sells. So they sell themselves locally as much as they can and this causes overbooking. Be careful with this. We did the boat trip at 21.00 mid August and it's really nice to see the city and its light at night. Totally recommended. There is an audio guide playing via speakers. If you are outside you can't understand it due to the noise of the boat motor. I think it's OK if you are inside.

Lovely evening for a cruise. Staff were excellent and the food was good. Apart from having to return to pick up late arrivals the only downside was the location of our table which was located to the stairs and did not have open windows allowing us to enjoy the fresh breeze on a hot summer's evening.

Welcome Drink was a vodka slush and was really nice. Seating inside was dark so when get on need to make sure get a seat outside at the front or back. Staff very friendly. Sun had set so was great to see all the buildings lit up so check when the sun sets as to when you book.

One never knows quite what to expect is tourist events such as this one. But once aboard the experience was quite pleasant, and the food and service was quite good. Best of all, of course, was the romantic view at Budapest at night - in spite of the rain.

We had a nice trip...for the most part. Only problem was that there were so many spiders, and I am not talking about the harmless ones. Black widows people. We had to stand at the end because they were everywhere and got on my son’s seat.
