For this outing, ask to have Stéphane as a guide. He is excellent, highly cultured, very passionate and pleasant. A real gentleman. He speaks very good English, French and Dutch (possibly other languages). He's a very friendly, organized man and when he says he's going to come back to a subject he does!! He communicates perfectly, despite the fact that there are several of us in the same group, we have the impression that he is speaking to us in person! Quite an art! Quite a teacher! It's a real chance to have been able to go to Bruges and Ghent with him! Thank you so much!

Lots of walking but very manageable, we had a 6 year old who managed (with minimal whining). Lots of interesting and fun information. Guide was energetic and was always making sure we all were keeping up and stayed together, which was difficult as we were a very large group! A really nice day trip. Only downside was the bus was so hot, we were sat at the very back and the fans didn't work at all, and had hot air being blown out from under the seats.

Grand and Bruges are really two beautiful cities!! Very typical and to really see. It's necessarily done a little on the run because there are 2 cities in 1 day but if you don't have much time, it allows you to see the essentials and get an idea and take some nice pictures. The walk on the canals in Bruges is really to do and it is not more expensive going through the guide than alone
