Great guide!

Really friendly and knowledgable guide! I highly recommend this excursion. Good value for money, the optional boar tour is a must. I was only in Bruges for a day and this tour greatly enriched my day out. It’s so nice to have heard about the history of the town and appreciate landmarks instead of just looking and wondering about the significance of things!

Rien n'a fonctionné cette fois. The mail de confirmation spécifiait un rdv complètement faux. The guide avait 25 min de retard. The tour a comec with 30 minutes of retard. The visit to the "BEGINENHOF" n'a pas eu lieu. The visit of the statue of Marie to the résumé avec "Il faut payer pour entrer et vous pourriez le faire après la visite." The peu d'informations sur la statue étaient fausses. The visite annoncée en francais était en Francais et Anglais par le même guide pour un groupe de 60 personnes. The guide était trés gentil mais n'a donné que très peu d'informations sur l'histoire des endroits passés et de la ville. On a passé beaucoup d'endroits intéressants qu'on connaissait déjà, sans que le guide n'a donné d'explications. Apr 30! minutes on a préféré découvrir Brugge par nous mêmes avec Wikipedia et Googlemaps.

The visit, originally planned for 3 hours, actually lasted only an hour and a half !!!! The comments were not very detailed and contained few anecdotes. We were disappointed with this service that we still paid 20 euros per person. I advise guide Ana, a charming Spanish guide, to work more on the presentation of the city.
