You will see the remaining artifacts and places of the city as you discover restored trenches, stroll among war graves in Passchendale and Polygon Wood, clamber over craters and bunkers on the preserved battlefield. and visit key war memorials. As your day continues you will also see the iconic poppy fields of Flanders as you ride through the countryside in an air-conditioned mini coach, perfect for relaxing and taking in the picturesque scenery.

Due to roadworks till the end of the year 2016, our pickup location at the train station has changed and is not always available. We can only organize a pick-up point that is more convenient for you and avoid mistakes if you call the supplier on arrival in your hotel. You can always ask the reception to assist with the call in case you have difficulties.

Leaving Belgium after the tour:
The tour is back in Bruges at the Floris Karos Hotel at around 18:00. This can vary by 15 minutes, so if you are on a time limit, keep this in mind when you book.
If your hotel is more than a 10-minute walk from a pick-up location, please call the tour operator before your tour to arrange for a pick-up time and place.
The minibus is air-conditioned and very comfortable. No smoking on board, please. However, the tour does stop frequently. It is possible to visit an ancestor's grave, but please ask in advance.
