What to Expect
Enjoy a private tour of the beautiful city of Bratislava on a full-day trip from Brno, and stroll through the Slovak capital's picturesque streets to see some of the best sights, such as Michalska Gate, Bratislava Castle, and the Slavin Monument.
You will be transferred through the scenic South Moravia countryside by private car. Upon arrival, explore the historic Old Town, where most of Bratislava's landmark buildings are located. Bordered by both the Danube and Karlova Ves rivers, the medieval streets have been beautifully preserved.
Go to Bratislava Castle above the Danube River for panoramic views. Then, walk over to Michalska Gate, the only city gate preserved from the medieval fortifications. Continue through the city's main square to the Old Town Hall and Primate’s Palace, seat of the Mayor of Bratislava (optional visit).
Admire the Reduta concert hall, home of the Slovak Philharmonic. Then, see one of the oldest churches in the city at the Cathedral of St. Martin. Take in the splendor of the Presidential Palace, and look at the Slavin Monument to the Soviet soldiers of World War II.
There will be free time to shop or relax in one of Bratislava’s numerous cafés or restaurants, before your return transfer to Brno.
