Andy’s tasting tour was our favorite part of our weekend in Victoria! We got to try generous portions of 7 or 8 local dishes, all fantastic, and even got to chat with many of the owners who greeted us and gave us their unique perspective on cooking and serving food in this city. The cuisines were varied (Italian, French, Filipino, Spanish, Japanese, Eastern European, a 100-year-old local chocolate shop) and all influenced by the local culture as well. Andy was so nice, interesting, and lively, and clearly knows and loves both Victoria itself and its food culture. The 3rd member of our party unexpectedly could not make it on the tour at the last minute, so we figured we would just swallow the cost of a late cancellation. However, Andy kindly made sure that we got takeout portions of all the foods that could be boxed up easily, and for those that couldn’t be boxed (like matcha) the two of us on the tour got an extra serving to split between us. That touch of kindness was so appreciated!

I enjoyed all the "foodie" information and...Andy was the best! He made the tour and history of the area so "local and real". Thanks Andy!

Comfy bus, friendly and knowledgeable guide. Pleasant way to get the basic layout of town and see what you want to spend more time doing.

Must do to know the city’s history and traditions. The hop on and off bus driver was very friendly and helpful.

Nima was a very warm-hearted and knowledgeable guide. Very much appreciated the tour.
