The trip started off slow as we travelled about the city at various pick ups. But Felix our guide was very entertaining as he chatted excitedly about the trip and also itinerary. The Bristol bath houses were very pretty unfortunately there was not enough time for us to get our feet wet and maybe a little cold too since it is spring. The moonlit sanctuary was interesting and unfortunately it was hard to choose between the environment conservation show and seeing the animals and feeding the wallabies. Due to the overwhelming no of visitors, it’s a little disappointing that wallabies are not hungry. The Noobies as before is where you find “no bodies”. I can never see the seals/ sea lions but the view of the ocean is great. The new penguins parade is excellent and the food is also very yummy. The hot drinks are at half price if you bring your flasks.

Wifi provided bus! I would say the guide was the best. She’s really fun and interactive. She provide lots of information and story about Melbourne and the place we’re about to go, or even the one we pass on the road. But the timing felt too hurried for the first stop at brighton beach we had 20 mins of time, it would be perfect if we had additional 10-15 mins considering toilet break and had a little time to breathe the air! The conservation place is fun, had enough time to explore everything and we were guided to get the best spot to see the penguins parade. Sadly the weather was not really friendly (cloudy, showering, strong wind and cold), but we still manage to have fun. Thanks GoWest, really enjoy the service.

if you have limited time in melbourne it is good to take this tour

the service is good and we enjoyed the lunch, taste some wines in a friendly atmosphere, though the vine yard was in recondition, no fruit or leaves either. we visited koala's conservations and we saw some kangaroos passing by. the Penguin parade was interesting however they were so small and we can only see them from a far in the midst of drizzling. We were not allowed to take pictures of the penguins. and last comment, the tour guide pick and drop us safely and just in time.

Our guide Ricky was helpful and nice. Gave us some good advice to find some good seats for viewing the penguin parade. The parade in the evening was amazing. Overall it was a very nice tour. The only thing is that this's a really long tour (~14 hours), we got back to the city at ~11:30pm, but this's kind of unavoidable because the penguins don't come out until ~9pm; but otherwise if u dont mind that it'd be absolutely fine.

Very cold, windy and wet but still a great day out, would be amazing in the sunshine! The driver/guide Jon was excellent. Watching 4000 penguins come ashore and waddle to their nests was wonderful to watch - be aware that photography is not allowed as it frightens them. All in all a great day out!
