Explore the unparalleled beauty and historic treasures of Barbados on this scenic tour around the perimeter of the island. Beginning in the social and commercial hub of the island's capital, Bridgetown, you'll get the chance to delve into the rich history of Bridgetown's Garrison, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See first-hand why some of the world's wealthiest people have made Barbados's turquoise beaches their home as the tour takes you up the west coast to Holetown, the first British settlement, and on to the quaint seaside town of Speightstown. Next, it's a taste of truly unique Barbados beauty: on the northern tip of the island you'll find the Animal Flower Cave, an accessible ocean cave with steps leading inside, a coral floor, sea anemones and natural rock pools. From the seas to the skies, grab your camera for sweeping views from Cherry Tree Hill, indulge in a refreshing rum punch and devour a delicious Caribbean buffet lunch while taking in the East Coast breeze. You'll want to keep your camera handy for the rugged Scotland District, famous soup bowl surf spot, breathtaking panoramic views at St. John's Parish Church and guided tour of a local plantation house.

It was an enjoyable trip seeing the highlights of Barbados. Rooster was a very knowledgeable and informative driver. He kept us entertained on the long journey by regailing stories, information, singing and doing his cockrel impressions. The only downside of the trip was we spent about 85-90% of our time in the bus. The very few stops we did make were too short, some only 10 minutes and it didn't give us enough time to get a real flavour or taste of where we had stopped. We passed so many lovely places but we couldn't even stop for a photo opportunity. My recommendation would be to cut the journey/stopping times, to allow for more time in the places we visit, making it more enjoyable, and less time stuck in a bus. Other than that it was great. Just a shame we couldn't enjoy it more by having more time in each place.

It was a great tour spanning the whole island. Steve was our guide and he really has a great singing voice. It was not boring for a single second. All the way through, he talked as if he were a commentator in a cricket match. The lunch and the view in that restaurant was marvelous. Also, he gave us some home made banana cakes which was really good. Overall, a highly recommended tour.

Duane was absolutely amazing and so welcoming, he took us everywhere and he gave us his own rum punch and homemade banana bread (no nuts). Probably the best banana bread ever. We had such a good time and the stops were all the best touring spots. My favorite was the animal flower cave which was our first stop, while it wasn’t included, we paid the fee for the tour of the cave and went for a dip in the pool inside the cave. It was SICK ! And the views from the inside made for great pics. So worth it. He then took us for a lunch with an authentic meal with a little bit of everything. 10/10 recommend.
