We had wonderful weather and sea conditions on our day out. We seen 8-10 whales including a mother and her baby. If the windows were washed better , we could have seen more of them from sitting inside but they were dirty. They were always at “10oclock” and I was at 5 o’clock lol. The parking costed us $40 at the closest parking garage which wasn’t noted in the trip itinerary or a better way to park and get to the boarding location. We had just came in from our flight in our rental car and had never traveled to Boston before. All and all it was a good activity and worth the money. I just hate I spent so much on parking if there was a better way.
This trip was amazing! We were lucky and got to see 9 humpback whales. The swells were about 2-3 foot when we got out of the harbor. This is a long ride out and back, but the crew will point out sights along the way, and come around to answers question on the way back to the harbor. If you are prone to motion sickness I would suggest Dramamine or another medicine that helps with motion sickness.
Great experience. Smooth ride & great view of the whales. Our crew found a pair & a group of 4 for us to watch. It was a little confusing on where to go at the beginning & there seemed to be a lack of organization for setting up the line. But once we were on the boat, everything was great.
The captain forewarned of the condition of the sea as it was windy that day. We spotted whales for over an hour and got a bonus whale watch on the trip back since we spotted one away from where we originally were. The night skyline was amazing coming back. Amazing time had by all!!
We were so excited to be able to see several whales on our trip!
