Memosine offers a new tourism experience. The company provides original vehicles for cheerful media-guided and interactive tours. Discover the Médoc region and the vineyards of Pauillac on a day-long tour, at your own pace and with tastings included.
What to Expect
Discover the Médoc region and the vineyards of Pauillac on a day-long tour. You are free to explore grand-cru châteaux, as well as some less-well-known areas. Direct yourself at the wheel of a cabriolet. With its boot ready to store your purchases, this two-seater is perfect to visit châteaux. Its hood protects you from the summer sun, but there is nothing to stop you from folding it back for a truly open-air drive. It is a safe, open and awe-inspiring.
The bespoke tablet-based multimedia guide offers geolocated commentary on all the points of interest you come across so that you don't miss anything. Quality content is available, including small anecdotes and historical information that let you in on Bordeaux and its vineyards' secrets. With GPS navigation and route memory, you have the option to go off the beaten track and the freedom to make detours. At the wheel of your cabriolet convertible, you will drive along small roads that follow the Gironde, home to many former holiday resorts. You will then arrive at the Route des Châteaux and the prestigious Margaux, Pauillac, and Saint-Julien appellations.
Travel at your own rhythm through the heart of a unique territory dotted with small family estates and many prestigious châteaux. You will discover all (or almost all) the secrets of wine-making during your tour of a charming family estate, before tasting the wine made there. In the heart of the Médoc, a Grand Cru Classé estate will welcome you to take a tour of its property, wine storehouses and fermenting room, and demonstrate its expertise in making Bordeaux’s finest wines, for which the city is famous around the world.
Fancy having lunch at an open-air café along the river, a quaint village inn, or a gastronomic restaurant? It’s up to you to decide! Great local restaurants will be indicated throughout your trip… You are guided but free to make stops or detours as and when you please, according to suggestions offered by the multimedia or audio commentary.
