I had the tour with Steven and he was a fantastic guide. Not only is he fluent in Spanish and English (and Deutsch) but he is personable, funny, and charismatic so he makes you enjoy the day even as a solo traveller. I noticed he particularly paid attention to me and another guest from Argentina who was travelling alone. When guides take the extra initiative to converse more with their solo guests it really makes a difference as we then have someone to share the day and experience with. Overall the tour was great and I don’t think there is much that could be improved that’s within the company or guide’s control (traffic, crowds etc). I would not have minded to start an hour earlier in the morning for pick up and spend another hour in the cathedral. Once I reached the end of the audio guide and wanted to look for some souvenirs the time allotment was almost up so I felt a little bit rushed to get out of the mine and back to meet the group.

our driver, Jair arrived early, was very helpful in every step, from dropping is off, getting tickets, and escorting us to the mine. it was very easy to communicate with him through WhatsApp. the salt mine cathedral was fascinating to tour. very pretty local town as well, which we drove through

our guide was amazing and super patient and helpful. both Guatavita and Salt Cathedral are must sees whilst visiting Bogota

Good Tour guides and very informative. Provided a lot of good recommendations.

Amazing place and excellent guide. Highly recommend!
