Berlin: Tickets for the BODY WORLDS Museum in Berlin

Visit the BODY WORLDS Museum by Dr. Gunther von Hagens. No other exhibition will change your perspective of human beings in such a way and bring your own body into the center of attention. See real human preparations such as whole-body plastinates, which will convey single organ functions as well as common diseases in an easily understandable manner. Walk through the different areas and get a detailed insight into the complex but fragile structures of the insides of the body. See the human skeleton, the interplay of the muscular system, learn more about the digestive system, the development of an embryo in the womb as well as the cardiovascular system. The respiratory organs and the nervous system are also part of the exhibition as well. Beyond the exhibits, you will learn more about the aspects that determine existence. For example, find out what determines a person's happiness and how the body copes with stress. Learn something about the middle ground between excessiveness and modesty and what the body needs in order to live a long and healthy life.

My partner and the children (11 and 14 years old) were a little skeptical before the visit and associated this with possible disgust. However, they were proven wrong and very quickly became very interested in the exhibition. They all found it very impressive to be able to look at the body in this "state". I myself was at this exhibition in Stuttgart in 2001 and I was also fascinated by what I saw.

Really good! Very informative and definitely leaves you grounded afterwards. What our body can do and how it can be harmed. Good for thinking! For children aged 10 and over if you are interested. Otherwise, not so much, would be my recommendation.

Very interesting. Impressive. I have great respect for the plastinators, but also for the body donors. It's not all about sensationalism, but rather a lot of biological and anatomical knowledge is imparted.

It was set up in such an exciting way and was a wonderful experience. It wasn't busy and it was quiet. My partner and I had a lot of fun!

It’s was amazing and so much educational information.
