What a lovely, hidden gem. My little boy is 2 and there wasn’t really anything he couldn’t do by himself (although we did go into the soft play areas with him but more-so to make sure we didn’t lose him). The buggy room was so helpful, felt safe parking up the pram in there. Although it was busy we managed to claim a table for our time there which was handy for leaving the essential nappy bag & any snacks we needed whilst we ran around after him. Each area has its own theme, some bigger than others and it’s easy to get around from section to section. They did bring our characters too and put on a little show but he was having too much fun playing to get involved in those activities. I loved the little character statues that you find throughout!

I got a good deal on the tickets from GetYourGuide, saving £2.50 per person on the usual fee. Saturday morning, only for a couple of hours or so for a catch-up with a friend. Very nice surroundings, good staff, lots of dancers to watch, well-organised, clean, and a nice cup of tea. Recommended.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Food was great, coffee and tea was refilled when required. Well worth the money.

Was amazing! Wheelchair accessible too! My autistic son loved it! His obsession is fish and was just amazing for us all!

We all loved it !!! Recommend to everyone and staff were amazing !!
