Berlin is a vibrant and ever changing city where you visit the past as well as the future. The team will be dedicated to guiding you through small eateries and local restaurants, giving you the tastes and stories behind each bite.
What to Expect
Come and try many different types of German culinary delights, guaranteed to exercise your taste buds and having a desire for more of the same!
To begin with, your local guide will take you into the Raw Market to see and experience the Berlin of 1865 and 1989, and you'll learn about the history of both periods.
The walk will take you to one of the best kebab shops in the city, where you'll sample freshly roasted meats.
See also the stunning street art and modern art galleries located around this area.
You'll then try traditional German fresh cheeses and cured meats in a pub, and of course a choice of local beers (non-alcoholic options available).
Learn also about the difference between German (and Polish) bagels and how they became famous in NY.
Along the way, you'll learn about urban history and, for example, the wide boulevards built to impress both residents and visitors, followed by a stop in a wine shop to taste one of Germany's most famous cheeses and two German wines (non-alcoholic options available).
And for something sweet, try some classic German pastries and cakes in a cute boutique bakery. Taste also the Turkish influence on the city with some of their authentic sweets.
And of course, you can't possibly come to Germany and not eat German sausages or try currywurst.
Youll wind up at the most famous site of the East, the Berlin Wall and East Side Gallery, with a secret treat to enjoy on the way.
